Who we are

Orders

• An order is a request to buy. It becomes a sale once we confirm it — occasionally we cannot, usually because something has gone out of stock between your order and our picking it. You are told, and you are charged nothing.
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include tax where it applies. Delivery is shown separately at checkout.
• We try hard to keep prices and stock correct. If an obvious error slips through — a price that is plainly wrong — we will contact you before dispatch rather than quietly cancelling or quietly charging you more.

Products

• Everything we sell is genuine stock from the brand or its authorised importer, with a usable expiry date.
• Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but packaging changes without notice. The product you receive may look different from the picture.
• Feeding amounts on our pages are general guidance. Your animal is not an average, and a vet knows it better than a label does.

Veterinary content and consultations

Our articles and online consultations are general advice. They are not a substitute for examining your animal. If your pet is seriously unwell, take it to a vet in person — do not wait on a message from us.

Partner clinics listed on this site are independent businesses. We introduce you to them and honour our own coupons there; we do not employ their vets and we are not responsible for the treatment they give.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has them and we will help you secure the account.

Reviews you write

Write honestly. We publish criticism as readily as praise — a shop with nothing but five-star reviews is not telling you anything. We remove reviews that are abusive, are about something other than the product, or are clearly not from a real customer.

Tell us first — support@mypetlobby.com or 0336-8883494. Nearly everything is fixed faster that way than any other. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
