Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. Orders are dispatched from Lahore and carried by our courier partners.

How long it takes

• 2–4 working days for most of Pakistan.
• Same-day or next-day within Lahore where the order is placed before noon.
• Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Remote areas can take longer than the range above. If your order is running late, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier.

What it costs

• Free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more.
• Rs. 200 on orders below Rs. 3,000.
• Heavy items — large litter bags and bulk food sacks — may carry an extra charge. It is always shown at checkout before you confirm; you will never be charged more than the total you agreed.

Paying

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan — you pay the rider when the parcel arrives, after you have seen it.

Tracking your order

You get an email confirmation as soon as the order is placed, and we message you on WhatsApp when it is dispatched. Your order number begins with PS- — quote it in any message and we can find the order straight away.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

See the Returns & Replacement policy. In short: tell us within 7 days and we replace it or refund it.
