What we collect

Only what an order actually needs:

• To deliver an order — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
• To book a vet appointment— the same, plus your pet’s type and anything you tell us about why you are booking.
• To answer a message — whatever you send us, and how to reply to it.

We do not ask for, receive or store card numbers. This shop takes Cash on Delivery and manual transfer; no card details pass through it at any point.

Why we hold it

To pack and deliver your order, to answer you when you get in touch, and to keep a record of what was sold — which we are required to keep for tax purposes. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not pass them to other shops.

Who else sees it

• Our courier — your name, address and phone number, so they can hand you the parcel.
• Our email provider (Resend) — your email address and the confirmation we send you.
• Our hosting and database (Vercel, Neon) — they store the order on our behalf. They do not use it for anything of their own.
• The vet clinic — only if you book an appointment, and only what the clinic needs to see you.

Cookies and tracking

Your cart is kept in your own browser so it survives a refresh — that never leaves your device until you check out.

We use the Meta pixelto measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the shop. It tells Meta that a visit or an order happened. If you would rather it did not, your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop it, and the shop works exactly the same without it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Messages and appointment records are kept while they are useful for supporting you, and cleared out after that.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@mypetlobby.com or message 0336-8883494 and we will do it. Where an order record has to be kept for tax reasons we will tell you what is being kept and why, rather than quietly ignoring the request.
