Generic — questions people ask
- How much does generic cost in Pakistan?
- Right now generic runs from Rs. 300 to Rs. 4,500 at My Pet Lobby, across 36 items in stock. The price on each product page is what you pay — Cash on Delivery, no card fee.
- What is the cheapest generic you have?
- Litter Scooper at Rs. 300. Cheaper is not always better value — check the price per kilo before you decide.
- Do you deliver across Pakistan, and how long does it take?
- Yes — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and everywhere else our courier reaches. Orders leave the same or next working day and usually arrive in 2–4 days. Delivery is free over Rs. 4,000.
- How do I pay?
- Cash on Delivery — you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. Bank transfer is also available if you prefer to pay in advance. We do not take card payments online.
- Is the stock genuine?
- Yes. Everything is bought from the brand's Pakistan distributor or importer and shipped sealed, with the batch and expiry on the bag. If a bag ever arrives damaged or short-dated, tell us and we replace it.
- Can I see it before I buy?
- Yes — our Lahore counters (Outfall Road opposite UVAS, DHA Phase 3, Lake City and UET) hold most of the range, and our vet clinic team can tell you which recipe suits your pet.
